Community is at the heart of what we do. From community artists canvases decorating our cafe to the team of local mothers behind every aspect of our company, from branding, to web design & social media, MotherZen honours the local people of Ramsbottom!

We keep disposables to a minimum. From our sanitary waste system to reusable coffee cups- our planet is our children's' legacy and we want to look after it!

All of our staff are DBS checked & have undertaken NSPCC safeguarding training. We have a strict policy of No takeaway services to keep our space & children safe.

We are members of the Royal Society of the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA)

As mothers oursleves, we know how difficult it can be if your child has an allergy or intolerance. We've kept our menu small and simple with good quality whole foods. We aim to cater for all allergies- check out our CMPA picky board!

We have multiple comfy chairs and breastfeeding support on hand if you need it. Please add a note to your booking or get in touch via social media to ensure a trained member of staff is around for your visit!

We are MotherZen Family Cafe houses our Non Profit Community Interest Company which is funded by The National Lottery!

We gift our space to local Non profits, charities & groups because supporting our community is the heart of what we do.

Our aim is that postpartum & family support is accessible to all. We host fundraisers, apply for grants and small pots of community money to be able to subsidise our services for those who need them! Please select our "Pay what you can afford" option when booking for access to our support fund and email Motherzencic@gmail.com for access to gifts, donations, baby boxes and more!
